Account Deletion

• Profile data will be deleted: We will remove your saved profile information used to pre-fill testimony forms.
• Testimony data cannot be deleted: Information submitted with your testimony (name, town, email, position, and testimony text) is part of the public legislative record. We must maintain complete records to ensure a fully traceable process proving all testimonies are submitted without alteration.
• Consent-based sharing will stop: If you previously consented to share your information with organizations, we will cease all such sharing upon account deletion.
